Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the date of purchase.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order details and photos of the issue.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package is still missing after 3 business days, reach out and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. The Terp Trail is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Once a package is in the carrier's possession, tracking updates are managed by the carrier.

All products sold on The Terp Trail are intended for novelty, apparel, and lifestyle use. Please review all product descriptions before purchasing.
